Who are we?
Ganks Your Flightmaster is a progressive and inclusive social gaming group where people can make friends, play games, and share their hobbies. We try to create a fun place to hang out. We're good at games... sometimes, but what matters to us is having fun and spending time together with friends.
We only have one rule: If you can't play nice, then you can't play here. We don't tolerate hate speech or harassment, elitism, or discrimination of any kind. If you aren't sure what that means, then this probably isn't the community for you.
Ganks Your Flightmaster was originally a World of Warcraft guild, founded circa 2010. We used to run large-scale events for dozens of people with a focus on eliminating (ganking) special high-value NPCs called Flightmasters in towns around the map. These community run events were often more fun and memorable than a lot of the scripted events in game, so we've kept the name and the spirit.
We make our own fun around here, because having memorable experiences with friends is the most important part of playing games online. We host dozens of events every month, run community streams, and share all sorts of other fun things on our Discord.
Multi-Platform
If you're there, chances are we're there. We focus mainly on PC gaming, and generally promote Xbox/PC Game Pass as a way to make sure we have games in common to play together, but we have active players on nearly every major platform out there.
How to join
Discord is the primary hub where most of the fun stuff happens. If you're interested in joining, please use the Contact Us button on this site. We are primarily a friend-of-friends organization, so this is a safety measure to protect our members.
